Manufacturer Warranties

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all installations. Our workmanship will remain free from defects for as long as you own your property.

In the unlikely event of an installation-related issue, our team will evaluate and correct it at no additional cost.

This warranty covers workmanship only. If glass is broken by an external impact, the homeowner is responsible for replacement glass — however, The Hurricane Pros will provide the labor to install replacement glass at no charge.

All shades, blinds, and window treatments are backed by a one (1) year limited warranty covering mechanical defects, motorization issues, installation errors, and manufacturer defects present at installation.

Any defective product identified prior to or during installation will be repaired or replaced. All claims must be submitted through The Hurricane Pros, and we reserve the right to inspect the product before approval.

Excludes misuse, accidental damage, negligence, unauthorized repairs, and normal wear and tear.
